After adding the product with the selected quantities to cart, you will see Calculate Shipping & Handling on the shopping cart page. Click on the link and the Calculate Shipping window will pop up. You may return merchandise by mail for replacement or refund in the following manner. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.

You must contact us within 2 days upon receipt of the products via email. Your purchase must be authorized with a RMA number and returned with its original unopened packaging. Returned item(s) must be shipped back to us within 2 days of receiving the RMA number (sent via email). Any opened (boxes or tubes) items will NOT be eligible for return or refund.

You are responsible for all the shipping charges, both ways.

You should expect to receive your refund (minus shipping charges) within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
